We are honored that Justice Sandra Day O’Connor will be our featured keynote speaker. Justice O’Connor will discuss her activities since retiring from the bench with a special focus on her work with iCivics. We will also introduce the exciting Virtue Foundation/iCivics Citizenship, Philanthropy and Digital Storytelling Initiative. This 21st Century education initiative, which highlights the importance of civic participation and philanthropy through the use of interactive games and digital storytelling, is being launched in schools throughout the United States, beginning in New York and Louisiana.

In addition, a panel of experts will discuss a new model for sustainable development through the launch of the Virtue Foundation Institute for Innovation and Philanthropy in Ghana.

Special guest speakers and collaborators include: Judge Ann Claire Williams, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, Dr. Ebby Elahi, Associate Clinical Professor, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Director of International Affairs, Virtue Foundation, and Mr. Bernard Mensah, Global Head of Emerging Market Sales and Trading, Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
