Virtue Foundation at the Harvard Business School NextGen Healthcare Conference

The Virtue Foundation’s Actionable Data Initiative continues to grow and expand, drawing more interest from the global health community. In December, Dr. Joan LaRovere, Co-Founder and Vice President of the Virtue Foundation and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, participated in the One/Global Health panel as part of the NextGen Healthcare Conference. Hosted by the Healthcare Club at Harvard Business School, the conference is the largest student-run conference on campus with more than 700 participants in attendance including VCs, industry veterans, academics, and students. Dr. LaRovere shared unique insights gained from Virtue Foundation’s Actionable Data Initiative and discussed the current landscape of global health and the role big data can play in transforming the current paradigm of global healthcare delivery.
