In May 2012, Vice President and Co-Founder Dr. Joan LaRovere visited China as part of the official delegation for the third People-to-People Exchange. Led by Ambassador Melanne Verveer, the team met with Chinese officials, organizations, academic institutions and philanthropists to examine and address the situation of women in China.
